ARTIST ADVOCACY

VARA Art supports artistic production on a cultural level and therefore provides artists access to valuable information, strategies, and systems which are often locked up behind institutional or gallery walls. 

We will not only provide practical management techniques but also help artists maintain their careers in the here and now to build their creative legacies.  This can be done on an individual customized basis or through accessible seminars or public lectures. In the past, Renée has provided her expertise as an independent advisor to artists including programming at SVA, Columbia, NYU, and NJ Foundation for the Arts.
